Yes, and parents arrange this all the time from another state. We can pick the car up at home and deliver near campus, or the reverse at the end of the year, all door to door. Because start and end of semester are busy windows, booking ahead helps. A parent can set the whole thing up remotely and just have the student meet the driver.
