You or someone you trust must be present at both pickup and delivery to hand over keys, sign the Bill of Lading, and inspect the vehicle. It does not have to be you personally. Many customers designate a spouse, family member, friend, or coworker as an authorized contact. Just let us know who that person is ahead of time so the driver knows who to expect.
