What is a Bill of Lading?

A Bill of Lading is the official document that records your vehicle’s condition and serves as the receipt for your shipment. At pickup, you and the driver note any existing scratches, dents, or marks on it. At delivery, you compare the car against that record before signing. Always review it carefully at both ends and keep your copy, since it is your key inspection document.
