When your car arrives, do a careful walk around before signing. Compare its condition to the Bill of Lading from pickup, checking the body, glass, mirrors, tires, and lights for any new damage. Look in good lighting and take your time. If everything matches, sign to accept. If you notice something new, note it on the paperwork before the driver leaves.
